Keep the party going.

Quick fixes for joining a room, permissions and game flow.

I can’t join the room

Scan the QR code on the main phone with your iPhone camera, or type the 6-character code on the Join a Room screen in the app. Make sure both phones are online and the invite screen is still open on the main phone.

The camera won’t read the QR code

Turn on camera access in Settings › Jasper Party. Center the code on screen and turn up the main phone’s brightness. If it still fails, type the code instead.

Reverse Speech can’t hear me

Turn on Jasper Party in Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone, then try recording again.

The phones are out of sync

Stay in the game and give the connection a moment to come back. If it continues, check the internet on both phones and reopen the app.

Movement games

Hold the phone firmly, leave enough room around you and move only after Jasper’s signal.

My friend uses Android

There is no Android version yet. Friends on Android can keep playing the shared games on the phone at the table.
